Banyan Tree Yangshuo

I originally booked a mountain-view king room, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was captivated by the real-life river views of the villa room type. I immediately decided to upgrade, and it proved to be a wise choice! Opening the doors and windows revealed the picturesque scenery of the Yulong River, with the mountains and waters stretching as far as the eye could see. Coupled with the meticulous and attentive service at Banyan Tree Yangshuo, the entire experience was flawless, making for an exceptionally comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel environment is lovely. There are alpacas, peacocks, ducks, geese, and koi that you can feed for free. Every day there's a sunset ceremony and complimentary sweet soup. They also have many activities you can book. Our butler, Emily, provided excellent service; she was quick to respond and always happy to help.

Came to Yangshuo for a vacation with my parents, and the Banyan Tree experience was quite satisfying overall. There were plenty of activities to do without even leaving the hotel, allowing us to experience the beautiful scenery of the Li River. I personally felt the best activities were the sunset hike in the evening and the bamboo pole stretching in the morning. Both were free, and I actually enjoyed them more than the paid activities!

This time, I stayed in a suite villa with four kids, and the overall experience was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped and easy to use, making for a very pleasant stay. The local weather was hot, but the hotel breakfast had a rich variety of options, satisfying the different tastes of our whole family. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Teresa. Her service was thoughtful and attentive; she was available 24/7 and always put the guests' needs first. During our stay, she proactively greeted us every day, took great care of the children, and even came to see us off at checkout. Her meticulous care throughout made us feel incredibly warm. The hotel's overall atmosphere was comfortable, and it's an excellent choice for families traveling with children. We had no complaints whatsoever throughout our entire stay. Next time we have the chance, I will definitely bring my parents back for a vacation. I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Yangshuo!

Nestled amidst the picturesque Li River landscape, this hotel, with its white walls and black tiles, seamlessly blends into the karst mountains. Every step offers a new scenic view, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with soft bedding and a large private bathtub overlooking the view. The toiletries are fragrant and luxurious. A special thanks to our butler, Vicky, who was incredibly attentive and thorough throughout our stay. She provided travel tips even before we checked in and was always quick to respond to any requests. Her assistance with booking experiences and arranging transportation was efficient and her service was both gentle and professional. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the resort also offers sunset rituals and animal feeding, making it a perfect getaway. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!

Stepping out onto the balcony, we were greeted by breathtaking karst ink-wash mountain views. The Impression Suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family with kids – no cramped feeling at all. The hotel seamlessly blends Northern Guangxi charm into every detail. The butler service was incredibly warm and prompt. And the clouds encircling the mountains? Absolutely stunning, takes your breath away! Our whole family completely relaxed. This is definitely a perfect choice for a family vacation in Yangshuo!

The environment is truly beautiful, and the design definitely has that Banyan Tree vibe, which I loved! The room was also very clean and hygienic, basically perfect for spending a whole day in. I added Nora, the butler, and her service was super convenient and excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

The room rate was over 2000, and drinks from the minibar were chargeable. The fruit quality was just passable, and two osmanthus cakes served late felt a bit stingy. Breakfast could definitely be more elaborate. Other than that, everything else met luxury hotel standards.

Highly recommend the river view suite! The service was impeccable; every staff member was incredibly attentive. The room's view was amazing, and it was incredibly comfortable to stay in. The Western food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options.
